Resumen:

This paper examines the ?debrief? portion of the Scenario Authoring Control and Data Acquisition (SACADA) human performance modeling method. The ?debrief? portion of the SACADA process requires the Control Room crew to critique their performance for a given scenario exercise. In the ?debrief? phase crew performance degradations are discussed for crew consensus on the factors associated with satisfactory and unsatisfactory performance. The ?debrief? part of SACADA can be used to understand ways to improve human behavior modeling, training effectiveness, and thus, human performance. The relationship between context and the error causes was also investigated for this paper. These performance indicating factors (PIFs) are referred to as error causes in the SACADA process. A Bayesian Network model was developed to evaluate the probabilities of error causes, given a specific scenario context. This model provides information that can be valuable to the training organization at a nuclear power plant to improve training and human performance. © 2019 Westinghouse Electric Company LLC All Rights Reserved
